Our team offers both tele-therapy for individuals who cannot leave their home as well as face to face sessions in our offices. We work with kids and young adults, who are struggling at home, school, or with the peers. We strive to make each session fun, positive and beneficial. Additionally, we work with the well being of adults in a variety of ways. One cannot change behavior unless they continue to work on it daily. By applying skills learned through therapy sessions, we can reach their potential goals.
