Caitlin’s approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, creativity, and care for each client’s unique story. She believes that healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported in the context of their whole lives. Her approach is guided by warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s resilience and dignity.
Led by research-informed techniques, she strives to create a therapeutic space that feels inviting, safe, and infused with imagination on the path toward healing. Whether disruptions in healthy attachments, experiences of trauma, challenges with behavior, anxiety, or mood are present, Caitlin offers understanding and tools that support constructive growth. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic approaches, and expressive play techniques, Caitlin tailors sessions to what resonates most with each client. Together, they may integrate art, music, and other creative outlets while developing concrete skills focused on:
Emotional Regulation
Mindfulness & Self-Awareness
Positive Behavioral Changes
Self-Esteem and Acceptance
Caitlin earned her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, where she developed a foundation in evidence-based models that continue to guide her practice. Along with professional experience in social service settings serving young people and their families, she brings kindness and professionalism into her work.
When she’s not working with clients, Caitlin can often be found around horses, or spending time with her family and dogs. Originally from South Florida, she has embraced Chicago life for over a decade and enjoys creative writing, discovering new places in the city, and time outdoors in all seasons.
“I believe we all have an innate desire for meaning, joy, and purpose. As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you to create a space where healing feels within reach and new possibilities can take root to support a full, thriving life.”
