Kasia Budyn is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She received her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University. Kasia has over six years’ experience working with children and adolescents in addressing their emotional and behavioral problems. Kasia also works with individuals that have developmental and intellectual disabilities. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for children, adolescents and teens. Kasia uses an integrative approach in therapy, building upon a foundation of cognitive-behavioral therapy. She also draws from multicultural, systemic, and relational philosophies. Kasia sees the therapeutic relationship as a vital component for change and growth and strives to create a safe space where her clients are empowered to work toward their goals. Kasa has made it her mission, to help clients with any range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and anger management. Kasia is determined to build upon each client's strengths, offering skills that enhance their relationships and functioning in all areas of life.
