Melissa Gregory is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a subspecialty in childhood and adolescence from Benedictine University. Melissa has over 4 years experience in working with children and adolescence with a variety of different emotional and behavioral problems. She also works with people who have developmental and intellectual disabilities. Melissa specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Modification, and Play Therapy for children and adolescents. Her main focus is on children and adolescents with a variety of different mental illnesses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism. Melissa is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, and providing a caring and empathetic environment to help clients to build skills to live more fulfilling lives.
A fun fact about Melissa is that she loves animals! She currently has two dogs, two sugar gliders, a hedgehog, a turtle, and a gecko as pets. Along with all her pets, she enjoys going to the zoo, and tries to go at least a couple times a year.
