A fun fact about Tamara is that she loves self care and trying new things. “Incorporating self-care in my day to day life has helped me understand the importance of therapy through the sessions and outside the sessions. Also keeping an open mind and trying new things whether it be food or traveling offers a fresh perspective on life and the many beautiful things it offers. Never be afraid to explore the world!”
