Sarah Conners is a graduate of the University of Denver, holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a certificate in Human-Animal-Environment-Interactions. Her clinical practice centers on a holistic, strengths-based, and client-centered approach that honors physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She integrates human-animal interactions with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build trust and support clients through their goals and life challenges. Her experience includes helping adolescents and teens with emotional regulation and life transitions, as well as supporting adults navigating grief, life changes, and family dynamics. Outside of her practice, Sarah is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her sisters, her dog, and volunteering at a local animal shelter. She is also an avid baker who particularly loves seasonal fall and winter recipes featuring pumpkin and peppermint.
