Amy has received Level 1 certification in Gottman Therapy, which enhances her expertise in couples counseling.
Amy has experience working with children and adolescents, utilizing art and play therapy and CBT to help children learn coping skills, develop emotional regulation and behavior modification.
In addition to her current qualifications, Amy is in the process of pursuing her equine assisted psychotherapy certification from Arenas For Change (ARCH). This certification will broaden the range of therapy models she can offer her clients, providing them with additional options for their therapeutic journey.
