Hi! My name is Haley Vogt, I am a recent graduate from Lewis University with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where I specialized in working with children and adolescents. I am an Entry Level Pre-Licensed Professional whom incorporates empathy, humor, authenticity and respect into my work in order to build a warm, caring environment for children. I'm a therapist that will think outside the box, cheer you on, and challenge you to set goals that will help get you to where you want to be. I have clinical experience working with and treating Anxiety, Depression, Abuse/Neglect, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Self- Esteem, Body Image, Stress, Family Challenges, Academic and Behavioral Difficulties, Social Skills, Grief and Loss, Trauma, and Life Transitions of all kinds! I utilize various therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to; Traditional Talk Therapy combined with Expressive Therapies, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) depending on your individual goals. Through this approach, I'm committed to providing a non- judgmental space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and grow.
I recognize that meeting new people and establishing trust can be challenging at any age. Whether you are seeking treatment for the first time and need to take it slowly, or you are returning to therapy and eager to pick up where you left off, I will meet you where you are. My goal is to provide you and/or your child with the skills to live a happier and healthier life. During my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with both my friends and family. I love the outdoors and being in nature! Camping, hiking and fishing are some of my favorite activities. I take pleasure in cooking, watching movies and going to concerts. I also love animals, so I am aways spending time with my puppy, Pyper!
