Jessica is completing her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused therapy. Drawing from these evidence-based modalities, Jessica offers practical tools and strategies to help her clients manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and navigate the complexities of neurodivergence.

Jessica resides with her loving husband, three wonderful children, two energetic dogs and beloved bunny. Her personal experiences as a spouse, parent, and pet owner enrich her understanding and empathy for the diverse challenges her clients may face.
